"Mutationis Periculum"

I revisited Kali, the Hindu goddess of empowerment and change, for this painting.
She's a creature that keeps popping up in my paintings. Not sure if I feel some
subconscious connection to her or just think she looks plain old cool.
At any rate, I love her blue body against a saturated, red backdrop.

I've been trying to balance painting with the job at Fox because painting has become an obsession I want to stay on top of. Hopefully, with some good time management I can achieve this.
